Our Mission
HCG selects motivated Hispanic undergraduates, puts them through a rigorous curriculum in accounting, valuation, and financial modeling, and connects them directly to firms that hire analysts.
Membership is competitive. The program is structured. Members graduate ready to step into recruiting alongside the strongest candidates in the field.
What we do
Our educational program introduces students to financial analysis, strategic assessment, and valuation. Members learn quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate publicly listed companies — the same skills firms use when hiring analysts.
The program hosts industry professionals in virtual sessions to reinforce the curriculum. Upon completion, members can apply to become equity analysts and participate in HCG's actively managed portfolio.
